Frequently asked questions
What happens after 3 months?
You renew with the same turma, schedule and teacher, and your group moves up one level. If you don't renew, the turma continues without you.
Classes are in Brazil time. What about mine?
Schedules are set in Brasília time (BRT) and the platform always shows them in your local time too.
Can I pay with a debit card?
Yes. Credit and debit cards are accepted at checkout.
Can I change my class time?
You can request a new time at renewal. For anything custom, talk to our support.
